What is the worst communication story that you have ever heard or encountered?
Rwandan genocide, if the european colonial government could negotiate properly with Tutsi and Hutus and draw the country border more reasonably, this genocide could be prevented.

Why do you think it is the worst story? How do you think the communication could be improved?
500,000 to 800,000 people were killed in this incident. I think before europeans got there, the border between races are more clearly and since the white people broke the balance, they have should restore it.

What was the best leader (or experience about leadership) that you have ever heard or encountered? Why was it the best?
Mao zedong, who led the Chinese Communist Party take over the regime of China. Even though I don’t agree his political state, his visionary, charisma and the power of calling is extreme. After reading his autobiography, it’s not hard to understand why the Chinese chose him.
